The 21 Day Challenge to End Diabetes challenges you to form a new healthy habit for 21 days in a row to raise vital funding for the Canadian Diabetes Association to help end diabetes.

- Choose your new healthy habit from one of three categories: Exercise, eating healthy, and de-stressing.
- Raise vital funds and share your progress with your family and friends.
- Challenge Family and Friends to join you!
