Ambassador Incentive

Brand new this year, the Ambassador Incentive is an exclusive challenge for our most dedicated Lacers. When you raise $12,500, you will join an elite group who are changing the world for people affected by diabetes. To thank you for your passion and outstanding fundraising accomplishments, you’ll be eligible to represent Diabetes Canada and Lace Up with other like-minded organizations from around the world.

The Steps to Becoming an Ambassador

  1. Register for Lace Up 2024 - Join other Lacers at our signature or community events, or join virtually by taking the 5km challenge in the Lace Up app.
  2. Declare Your Goal - Share it with your friends, family and network of supporters.
  3. Brainstorm with Lace Up Staff - We will set up a time to meet within your first week of registering to talk about your fundraising plan and/or brainstorm ideas to help you reach your goal.
  4. Set up your personal page and story - The best way to engage your supporters is to let them know why you’re participating and keep them up to date with your progress.
  5. Fun - We appreciate your commitment and are here to support you every step of the way.
