Join Canadians from across the country to raise funds and awareness, moving the fight against diabetes and prediabetes forward. Participate on your own or as a team, and level up your Lace Up your way!

Ways to participate

Do your #LaceUp10k your way! You choose the movement and you set the pace. Walk, run, ride or dance your kilometers in 2 hours, 2 days or 2 weeks. Fundraise to go the distance on your own, or lead a team of fundraisers who are all committed to lacing up for Diabetes Canada.

Fundraise on your own! Create a personal fundraising page to set a goal and share it with your supporters. Connect with other Lacers by using #LaceUp10k on social media, or by joining us on Strava.
