21 Days to End Diabetes


I am SO excited to share that I’ve decided to do the 21 Day Challenge to End Diabetes! This epic 21 day challenge means that I’ve committed to form a new healthy habit such as walking to work, taking the stairs, practicing yoga, or filling half of my dinner plate with a rainbow of vegetables for 21 days in a row to raise vital funds for the Canadian Diabetes Association to help end diabetes.

While I am doing my part, I am counting on you to help me reach my fundraising goal. The funds I raise during my challenge will help keep me accountable AND with the help of your generous support it will make a huge difference for the one in three Canadians living with either Diabetes or Prediabetes.
