Lorraine was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes on August 14, 2023. While it was a challenging time for her and her family, it became a turning point for positive change. Today, her diabetes is in remission, and she is living a vibrant, active life. You can find her playing pickleball, hiking, doing Pilates, and making meaningful connections with family and friends.
Lorraine believes in thriving, not just managing. She hopes to bring awareness so that events and gatherings can be more supportive and inclusive for those with diabetes. She wants others to know there is hope, support, and a way to live a joyful, fulfilling life.
