We have been with Cohen on his diabetic journey for 2 years now. As an update, Cohen now has an insulin pump and we are learning how to assist him with this new technology. We have learned so much during this time and are so grateful to all those who have worked to improve the lives of those living with diabetes. Every 3 minutes, a person in Canada is diagnosed with diabetes. Diabetes is not slowing down.
Diabetes continues to grow in prevalence, impact quality of life, and cause complications for those living with diabetes and the people who care about them.
