One year ago our lives were turned upside down when our son was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. Our family has grown and evolved into incorporating diabetes into our everyday life. But there isn't much I wouldn't give or do to cure this awful disease and let my son live a normal life.
Every 3 minutes, a person in Canada is diagnosed with diabetes. Diabetes is not slowing down.
Diabetes continues to grow in prevalence, impact quality of life, and cause complications for those living with diabetes and the people who care about them.
