My name is Cam and I started this team because my mom is affected by Diabetes Type 1 daily. She has had it since she was 13 and is now 58 years old. She is still very healthy and happy because of support from Diabetes Canada. She uses a Dexcom machine to regulate her blood sugar and administers insulin daily.

My mom and I are Lacing Up to help bring us one step closer to a cure. Please help us make a lasting difference by donating to our team.
