We are excited to share that we’ve decided to do the 21 Day Challenge to End Diabetes! This epic 21 day challenge means that we’ve committed to form a new healthy habit!
For Goodness Sake team members have committed to 30-45mins of exercise a day, daily physio, achieving 4,000 steps in a day, 21 sec of planking, deep breathing, reading a book, drinking 6-8 glases of water, and eliminating sugar sweetened beverages for 21 days in a row to raise vital funds for the Canadian Diabetes Association to help end diabetes.
While we are doing our part, we are counting on you to help us reach my fundraising goal. The funds we raise during this challenge will help keep us accountable AND with the help of your generous support it will make a huge difference for the one in three Canadians living with either Diabetes or Prediabetes.
