I am excited to share that I’ve decided to do the 21 Day Challenge to End Diabetes! This epic 21 day challenge means that I’ve committed to ASK my donors to form a new healthy habit such as walking to work, taking the stairs, practicing yoga, or filling half of one's dinner plate with a rainbow of vegetables for 21 days in a row to raise vital funds for the Canadian Diabetes Association to help end diabetes.
I have started an advance class at my gym ,twice weekly , to assist me in better managing my Osteoporosis, a complication of living with diabetes .The advance class is prior to my usual class .
While I am doing my part, I am counting on you to help me reach my fundraising goal. The funds I raise during my challenge will help keep me accountable AND with the help of your generous support it will make a huge difference for the one in three Canadians living with either Diabetes or Prediabetes.

PS Please ASK for our postal address , if you prefer to write a cheque instead of donating on line ; make the chq out to the Canadian Diabetes Association . I will mail the chq to CDA Toronto and ask them to supply a tax receipt to YOU the donor .
